Box Pushing Puzzle Editor
A downloadable tool for Windows
Box Pushing Puzzle Editor is a useful tool for game development.
Box Pushing Puzzle is a game where the rule is...push a box to the goal to clear it.
Well, you probably know that.
And this tool is an editor software to make that puzzle.
You can generate a map of any size, and not only can you place blocks, but you can shift, flip, and rotate the entire map as you wish.
Of course, you can also play with the finished map.
Now, there is one more very useful feature of this tool.
In fact, I would say this is its main function.
The tool can either copy the completed map as text, or it can generate a map by pasting existing map text.
Do you see what this means?
If you load the copied text into an external tool (such as "Sokoban Automatic Solver"), you can instantly check if the map you created is clearable and see the shortest path.
In other words, you don't have to think about whether or not it is possible to clear the map, or how to clear it.
Let's just leave all the tedious stuff to the AI!
This is the Box Pushing Puzzle Editor, a tool I created all by myself.
If you need it, download it.
